Someone in your corner
Christian Life Coaching
Are you standing at the edge of a new season? A career change, a house that suddenly feels quiet, a retirement that arrived faster than you expected? In those seasons, a coach can offer a confidential place to think out loud, a consistent guide, and spiritual truth to help guide your next steps.

What does a coach do? We meet one-on-one, in person or via video, for an hour at a time. You bring what you are carrying. I bring honest questions, prayer, and a plan you can act on before we meet again.
Your coach
Who you will be working with
Before More Than Enough Ministry, I was a school counselor, a Program Director, and an Assistant Provost. I hold a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and a master's certification in School Guidance and Counseling, and I have spent more than two decades speaking, teaching, and coaching people through decisions exactly like the one in front of you.
Is coaching for you?
You might recognize yourself here
Coaching tends to fit people who are:
- In a season of change and unsure of the next step
- Carrying a decision they have been turning over alone
- Ready to trade old thought patterns for healthier ones
- Wanting their faith and their calendar to finally agree
- Serious enough about a goal to be held accountable for it
The practical side
What a season of coaching looks like
- 01A free discovery call to see if we fit, with no obligation
- 02One-hour sessions, in person or via video
- 03Scripture and prayer woven into every conversation
- 04Action steps you choose, and follow-up on them
- 05Worksheets and journaling prompts between sessions
- 06Confidential, always
The heart behind it
God does not ask us to carry burdens alone or in silence. He is waiting for us to trust Him with the load.
You are not behind. You are not alone. You are more than enough through Him.
Ready when you are
The first call is free, and it is just a conversation. Bring the question you have been carrying.
